Frequently Asked Questions

If you have a question, there’s a good chance we may have been asked it before! Please see our FAQs below. If you have another question, please don’t hesitate to get in touch with us.

Can we use the parts to play live, without a click track?

In short, yes you can! Our sheet music is designed to be performed hand-in-hand with the tracks, and so includes references to cues on the click track. You may also find that with smaller band lineups the parts are somewhat sparse and need interpretation from the musicians – but they are a great basis for live performance too.

How do we use the click tracks? What equipment do we need?

See our ‘How-To’ section for videos describing the various approaches for using our click tracks.

In what format are the backing tracks delivered?

All of our audio files are delivered in 48k 24-bit WAV file format to preserve the quality of our tracks. There are many apps available that can convert into other formats if you need to.

Our various click tracks are delivered as stereo audio files, with click track on the left channel and mono track on the right. Should you wish for a stereo track, you’ll need our premium group stem package.

In what format is sheet music delivered?

All of our sheet music is in PDF format.

Can we have the arrangement in a different key?

Some songs are available in more than one key as standard, and keys are purchased separately. If you wish to have our arrangements and track in another key not available on our website, we may be able to provide this at a fee – please contact us and we will advise you.

Can we have a medley of songs?

As a music production company, we can undertake bespoke works. Please contact us with your requirements.
